 Shipping Terms

Stanceworkz will be shipped using different courier companies. Please contact customer service to obtain the shipping cost and make payment before placing the order.

Shipping
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email and tracking information will be provided.

The cost of shipping is estimated during checkout and may vary depending on the quantity and the size of the product(s). If shipping is not available, please contact us on  tom.liang@epr-int.com for further assistance with the following:

  • Shipping address
  • Product code(s)

Damages
All our products are professionally packed and checked before dispatch. We would ask that you do not refuse any packages, couriers services can cause damage to the box and in most cases the product will remain in good condition. All damages should be reported to tom.liang@epr-int.com as soon as possible.

We will require:


  • Images of the packaging
  • Images of the product(s) condition
  • Order number

You should not install or tamper with a damaged product(s) before a decision is made as this may invalidate your claim.

Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and/or customs processing fees, which are determined by the destination country's government.

Return Policy

General:

After receiving the order, if you are not completely satisfied with your product selection, please contact customer service within 30 days to request a return/refund or replacement. Unfortunately, if it has been 30 days since your purchase, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange service.

Shipping, freight, and service charges (if any) are Non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the LOT number.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any returned item not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons unrelated to Stanceworkz will not receive a full refund.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.

In the case of approval, the returned items should be mailed to the following address: XXXXXXXXX. Phone: +86 XXXXXXXXXXX. You will be responsible for shipping costs. 

 

Defects:

We provide a limited warranty for production defects according to technical characteristics in the product bulletin. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during transportation.

Our return policy in case of warranty incident lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange if thirty days have passed since your purchase.

To request a return, you must send a reclamation letter to tom.liang@epr-int.com. Your letter should contain a detailed explanation of the problem, photos/videos, and a LOT number.

In case of reclamation approval, we provide a full refund or change the product (shipping expenses are covered) 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you have yet to receive a refund, first recheck your bank account. 

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Billing Terms & Conditions

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 

Our Contract 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Payment 

You need to create an account first and enter a valid shipping address. As soon as you add an item and add it to the cart, you will be offered to pay online with a Credit card, PayPal, or wire the money to the bank account. As soon as we receive the payment, we prepare the order and ship it in 24 hours. You will receive the tracking number in the next 24 hours.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of shipping may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure that the order is not fraudulent. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
